Pulse Net Check is an independent project built to make network information understandable to everyone. We rely on feedback from the people who use our tools to keep them accurate and useful. Whether you have found an error in our IP detection, want to report a problem with the speed test, disagree with something we wrote in an article, or simply want to suggest a feature, we would genuinely like to hear from you.
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
We aim to respond within two to three business days. To help us reply faster, please include the page you were using, the browser and operating system you were on, and a description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
What we can help with
- Technical issues — incorrect IP detection, geolocation errors, speed test failures, or display problems on a specific device or browser.
- Editorial corrections — if you spot a factual error in one of our articles or guides, tell us and we will verify and correct it.
- Feature suggestions — tools you would like to see added, or information you wish our existing pages displayed.
- Privacy questions — anything about what data our tools handle. Our Privacy Policy covers this in detail, but we are happy to clarify.
- Business and partnership enquiries — advertising, licensing, or collaboration proposals.
Before you write
Many common questions are already answered on the site. The IP tools page explains what your IP address reveals and why geolocation is sometimes inaccurate. The speed test page covers how to interpret disappointing results and the difference between Mbps and MB/s. Our articles section goes deeper into privacy and network security topics, and the about page explains how the project works and how it is funded.
Please note that we cannot identify the owner of an IP address, provide information about a third party's connection, or assist with tracing individuals. Only an internet service provider can link an IP address to a subscriber, and only under a valid legal request.
